Terms of service

Wholesale Terms of Service:  

PAYMENT TERMS: Wholesale buyers are required to pay in full at checkout. If placing an order in person or at a tradeshow, payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of emailed invoice*.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation made on or after 3 days of payment will result in a cancellation fee**

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT: Simpler Seasons Decor promises to fulfill orders based on agreed-upon lead times.

EXCLUSIONS: Neither Party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.  By placing an order, wholesale buyers agree to these terms.

EXCEPTIONS:

*Unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

**Fee determined based on order quantities and phase of production at time of cancellation
